Razer has already launched new audio products in the market and today, it has launched a new variant of its Hammerhead earphone dubbed Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro. It is an upgraded version of Hammer TWS earbuds which launched last year. Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro comes with active noise cancellation (ANC) support, a low latency mode for gaming, and THX audio.

Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro comes with THX audio which offers “high-fidelity” audio with specific attention to frequency range and response. It also offers vocal details and deep bass without any distortions. The best thing about the earbud is its strong noise isolation feature.

All that the users have to do to enable the low latency gaming mode is they have to press the button. As soon as this is done, it will automatically reduce the latency to 60 ms. The company is claiming that this mode offers 50 times quicker reaction with this mode since the sound and video are synced better.

There’s a “quick attention mode” for piping in outside audio when you want to hear what’s happening near you. Apart from the usual option of six different sets of silicone, the company is including a set of medium Comply foam ear tips in the box to offer users an enhanced sound quality. The Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is rated with IPX4 for water and sweat resistance.

Razer said, “fine details such as frequency range and response are evaluated, and the device must be capable of delivering clear, detailed vocals and deep impactful bass with zero distortion at high volumes.”

However, when compared with other earphones, battery life is a bit disappointing. It offers a battery life of only four hours with a single charge and additional four hours of usage with the charging case.

The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is now available for purchase. It can be purchased through the company’s official website, Razer.com for a price of $199.99.
