Xiaomi on Tuesday launched the POCO X3 Pro in the Indian market with a ton of great specs and wonderful pricing. The POCO series again proved its value for money motto (not the official one). Started with POCO F1, the F1 was an actual flagship killer at that time, featuring a flagship 845 SoC within a mid-range price.
After the global launch a week ago, the debut of X3 Pro in the Indian market happened today. We have already seen a bunch of POCO branded smartphones in the market but those seem like another Redmi smartphone but the POCO X3 Pro looks like the real successor of the POCO F1. Even, Poco F1 users will get special discount offers, which will be announced on 1st April.
POCO X3 Pro Specifications
POCO X3 Pro features a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ LCD display with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz and a 240Hz touch rate. The adaptive refresh rate can be switched between 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz. The panel boasts a 20:9 ratio, 2400 x 1080-pixel resolution, and Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The display also houses a small punch hole cutoff for the selfie camera located at the top-middle section.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Snapdragon 860 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage onboard, that is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. The Snapdragon 860 is an octa-core (1×2.96 GHz Kryo 485 Gold & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 Gold & 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485 Silver) SoC with Adreno 640 GPU for better graphical and gaming performance and experience.
In the camera department, the X3 Pro houses a quad-camera setup at the rear and a single 22-megapixel wide camera at the front for selfies. The rear quad-camera setup includes a primary 48-megapixel camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, a secondary 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor with an aperture of f/2.2, a tertiary 2-megapixel macro sensor with a viewing angle of 119-degrees and an aperture of f/2.4, and finally a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4.
The smartphone is being filed by a 5160 mAh battery that can be charged using the 33-watt fast charger. According to Xiaomi, the device can be charged from 0-59% in 30 minutes and 100% in 59 minutes. The X3 Pro runs on MIUI 12 for POCO which is running on top of Android 11. The smartphone includes all the necessary connectivity options and basic sensors like Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC (market/region dependent), IR, fingerprint (side-mounted) sensor, accelerometer, gyro, etc.

The POCO X3 Pro will be available in two different RAM/ROM variants and three different color options. The color options include Steel Blue, Graphite Black, and Golden Bronze. The two different RAM/ROM variants are priced as below,
- 6GB RAM +128GB ROM: 18,999 INR
- 8GB RAM+128GB ROM: 20,999 INR
The smartphones will be available on a sale starting from 6th April, and they will exclusively be sold on the Flipkart India website and mobile app. Launch offers on the Poco X3 Pro comprise a 10 percent instance discount worth up to 1,000 INR for customers making their purchase via an ICICI Bank credit card or EMI transactions.
