Poco has been teasing the Poco M3 for quite a while. There were many leaks and rumors about the device. A couple of days ago, a teaser was leaked with a CyberPunk theme and style for the Poco M3. Now, the wait is over, Poco made Poco M3 official globally with a number of great specifications like Snapdragon 662 SoC, a gigantic 6000 mAh battery, a 48-megapixel camera, and all of these in a nominal price of 149 USD.

Now the cynics among us may instantly spot that the Poco M3 looks very familiar to the Redmi Note 10 4G, which altogether honesty wouldn’t be far wrong. However, this latest Poco model does accompany a replacement lick of paint and a few interesting internals for those wanting a reasonable Android experience.

Speaking of the specifications of the latest Poco M3, the device features a 6.53-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. And the due to the LSD panel, Poco couldn’t equip the under-display fingerprint sensor, the fingerprint scanner is on the right side on the power button. Other than that, the front panel houses a water-drop notch with a single selfie camera.

Under the hood, Poco M3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 System-on-chip paired with 4 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of onboard storage based on UFS 2.0. The device is fueled by a gigantic 6000 mAh battery that can be charged by using the inbox 18-watt fast charger. The device runs on Xiaomi’s customized MIUI running on top of Android 10.

In the camera department, the smartphone features three cameras housing in the rear and a single camera in the front for selfies. The rear camera includes a primary 48-megapixel sensor, a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots, and a 2MP macro lens for close-up shots and on the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for decent selfies.

Poco M3 starts at 149 USD or approx 11,000 INR for the base variant i.e., 4 GB RAM and 64 GB Storage, and goes up to 169 USD for the top variant, i.e., 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB Storage. Color options include Black, Yellow, and Purple and will be on the Official Poco site, AliExpress, Amazon, and more from 27th November onwards.
