According to the latest news, Google is looking forward to enhancing its search experience. Recently, Google has been continuously adding various new features into its Search within small intervals. Recently, the company also added dark mode support and new info cards to its online search. Currently, Google Search has gained interactive quizzes and step-by-step examples for subjects like physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Google has announced these new Search features through an official blog post. In the post, Google states that users will now find the best educational resources on Google Search from across the web. According to Google, in the era of remote learning, it will not only help students but also teachers and parents. Apart from interactive quizzes and step-by-step examples, it also has 3D AR models of various STEM concepts.

In simple words, if you search Google with the following keywords “Physics Practice Problems”, you will get dedicated tabs displaying quizzes and resources from various online educational platforms like Byju’s, Toppr, Chegg, Kahoot!, BBC Bitesize, and others. Users will be able to start answering the quiz on the Google Knowledge Panel and submit the answers from the search client. In the same window, you will also get additional tabs of related videos, books, and even calculators.

The best part is, these features will work on both desktops and smartphones. In your smartphone, you will also be able to view some educational diagrams and models in AR to better understand them. As of now, these features are only available in English. In the coming weeks, Google said it has “plans to expand to more languages”.

The new search features are designed for improved keyboard usage and they support various screen readers too. In simple words, Google has designed a hassle-free educational resource for people. If you use Google Search for your academics, then these new features will surely help you. On the other hand, if you are a teacher who has to offer online classes then you can go through these resources to improve your remote teaching process.
