Samsung has announced the Galaxy Z Fold 2 Aston Martin Edition in China mainland. Flagship smartphone brands collaborating with supercar brands has now become a trend. Previously, we have seen the same steps taken by OnePlus to collaborate with McLaren and now Samsung is following in the same footsteps. A recent post from the microblogging site Twitter showed the whole package containing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and a few more items, all in Aston Martin’s theme.
The notable tipster Ice Universe, yesterday, posted a few pictures on its official Twitter handle, showcasing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Aston Martin Edition package. According to the captions they used in the tweet, we can assume that the limited edition Galaxy Fold is going to show up in the Chinese market only. We, right now, don’t know why Samsung isn’t making it’s way to one of the most popular and engaging smartphone markets in the world like India and the US.

As we can see in the pictures, the smartphone will arrive in a large black box labeled with Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G and Galaxy Watch 3. That means the device will be packed with the Galaxy watch only unlike the Thom Browne edition which was packed with an additional Galaxy Buds Live.
Inside the box, we will get the Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G Mystic Black edition with a little Aston Martin logo. Other than the device we get a Galaxy Watch 3, an orange leather case with Aston Martin engraving, a navy blue polo t-shirt with the Aston Martin logo, and lastly, a Black & White baseball hat again with the Aston Martin logo.
The box also mentions the TMall branding at the bottom, but after checking TMall’s website we didn’t find any listing of the smartphone. Right now, we only can assume that the smartphone is going to be exclusive for the TMall retailers only.
