Dell unveiled two new laptops under the ‘Inspiron 5000’ series in India. The manufacturer added Dell Cinema software that enables enhanced entertainment experience. The latest Inspiron 5480 (14-inches), Inspiron 5480 (15-inches), and Inspiron 5580 are available in the market.

Dell Inspiron (14-inches) 5480 laptop powered by Intel 8th Generation Core i3-8145U processor that offers integrated UDH graphics. The base model comes with 4 GB DDR4 RAM, and the company priced it at Rs.33,990. The high-end variant powered by Intel 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8265U processor comes with integrated UHD graphics and 4 GB DDR4 RAM.

Dell Launched Inspiron 5480 & 5580 in India with Intel Whiskey processors

Dell Inspiron 5480 laptop offers Intel 8th Generation Core i3-8145U processor with 4 GB RAM. The base model cost only Rs.34,990. By spending Rs.5000 extra, you can get 16 GB Optane memory bear a price tag of Rs 40,990.

Dell Inspiron 5580 (Rs.54,990) packs power capable enough to play PUBG at 30-60 FPS. The laptop powered by 8th Generation Intel Core i5-8265U processor + 8 GB RAM + 2 TB HDD storage.

The high-end model (Rs.55,990) comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8265U processor + 8 GB RAM + 2 TB HDD + 2 GB Nvidia MX150 GPU.

Only a few manufacturers are launching Whiskey Lake 8th Generation Intel Core in i3, i5 & i7 processor variants.

Fortunately, you have the option to select from 8 GB DDR4 RAM to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, and it bundles with full HD anti-glare IPS display. The manufacturer enhanced the experienced by adding Dell Cinema software for theater experience.

Coming to pricing, Dell above Rs.30,000 laptops comes with metal design & decent build quality. However, if you don’t mind the plastic or fiber build quality, then you can get the same configuration under Rs.26,000 from other manufacturers. However, the consumers have to wait for a couple of months to allow the manufacturers to launch the 8th laptops.
