CES 2021 is now official and we have experienced a ton of new, unique, and exciting techs from Day 1 onwards. Brands like LG, Samsung, TCL, Quantum have presented their version of tech which is going to be a trend in this new year of 2021.
Although this year’s CES is kind of weird, why? This is because, the CES aka Consumer Electronics Show, is the most advanced tech show which we used to experience physically, the on-hands experience of the techs, but this year the scenario didn’t allow us to visit and experience those techs exclusively due to the pandemic going go.
Okay, without further ado, we are going to show and walk through the best techs announced on the First Day of CES 2021:
CES 2021 Day 1 Highlight
LG Rollable Smartphone
LG at beginning of the show presented their Rollable smartphone, although the concept isn’t all-new, as we already have seen them quite a while ago, the approach was new. The new LG Rollable concept was shown using a reel demo, where a person is enjoying the press of the CES 2021, and in a couple of moments, the display starts to roll in vertically but actually horizontally as the smartphone was held in the horizontal orientation. LG says they will release the phone later this year, according to people familiar with LG’s plans.
Samsung Neo Lineups and Samsung Bots
We already have seen Samsung’s Neo TV Lineups, here in the CES 2021 Day 1, Samsung announces the upgraded version of previously seen Neo smart TVs. And most probably in the year 2021, Samsung’s whole TV lineup is going to get a huge upgrade. Samsung Neo OLED is actually the combination of tens of thousands of tiny LEDs into the backlighting system of its top-end TVs.
Samsung also announced a set of three bots for household usages. We aren’t going to talk about all three bots but the first and most exciting one, the bots is actually a vacuum cleaner as well as a security camera. I hope you already got the idea, what it does. It is a traditional smart vacuum cleaner which is kept in the corner of the room, as soon as the bot detects and dirt, it goes there and cleans it up, and in addition, it has a camera built-in which can work as security as well.
Lenovo ThinkReality A3
Lenovo’s Think series is usually handy in our work environment, like the ThinkPad, ThinkBook, ThinkCentre, ThinkStation, etc. Now, Lenovo has added one more member to the family, the ThinkReality. As the name suggests, it is going to be the product working on VR and AR. The new Lenovo ThinkReality A3 is a lightweight smart-glasses working on Augmented Reality. From 3D visualization to AR assisted workflows, these smart glasses facilitate work across an entire business.
QUANTUM Audio Massage Chair
This is one of the unique techs we experienced on CES 2021 Day 1. The name already defines the nature of the product, it is a massage chair (obviously) with audio speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen. This chair aims to excite the senses of hearing and touch for its user with features like zero gravity mode, ventilated cooled, and heated seats.
