So, in short, if your AirPods Pro is exhibiting such problems as well then you can get those fixed or replace from Apple at totally no additional cost. The replacement program covers AirPods Pro units up to two years from their retail date. This means that even if your limited warranty has expired, you will get those fixed by Apple for free.
However, there is a problem, that is, unfortunately, Apple does not have a serial number database of the affected units. This implies that you won’t be able to check if your AirPods Pro is eligible for a replacement online or not. So, if you are facing any of the above mentioned problems with your Airpod Pro device then you will have to go to an Apple Authorised Service Provider or visit an Apple Retail Store to get your AirPod Pro checked.
They will check and let you know if your device is covered under the program. If you want to know more about the replacement program then click here.
