Everything Apple announced at its ‘show time’ event

Apple, as expected, announced a lot of new things at the its March 25 event. Also, we knew that the event was about services. However, there were reports regarding Apple releasing products at this event as well. But Apple focused only on its services at this event. Apple announced subscription plan for many of its services which we have mentioned in detail below

1. Apple News+

Apple News+ is a subscription-based plan of Apple News. It includes more than 300 magazines and more will be added soon. The plan will cost you $9.99 per month and it lets you read all the magazines, ad-free. Apple says that subscribing to all these magazines will cost you $8000 per year if not for Apple News+

2. Apple TV+

Apple’s next announcement is its TV streaming service named Apple TV+. As expected, Apple has released its streaming service with exclusive content and new shows. However, Apple has roped in major celebrities such as Jeniffer Aniston, Kumail Nanjiani, Steven Speilberg and Oprah. Apple TV+ will be ad-free and allow you to watch unlimited content but its pricing is not announced yet.

3. Apple Credit Card

Apple even announced a new Credit Card service yesterday called Apple Card. Well, Apple Card will have physical titanium credit card which does not have CVV, expiry date or other information. For that, you need to open your Apple Pay app. Apple Card will provide immediate online signup, app-based support, more understandable statements, spending tracking and more. The Apple Card service is launched in partnership with MasterCard and Goldman Sachs. Apple claims that Goldman Sachs will not store any information regarding Apple Card customers buying patterns or personal information.

4. Apple Arcade

Apple also announced its gaming service called Apple Arcade. It rivals with the Google’s Stadia gaming platform launched recently. However, Apple Arcade works offline as well and is said to have many exclusive titles at launch from the likes of major developers including Lego, Sega, Cartoon Network and more.
